Jade Thirlwall sent her adoring fans wild on Sunday night, as hit the dancefloor of her bar in South Shields to dance and sing along to her debut solo single Angel of My Dreams.
The Little Mix star opened up her venue on home turf back in 2019, first calling it Red Door, before changing its name to Arbeia, in recognition of the Roman fort that still stands just up the road. And this weekend, Jade made sure that the bar joined in the festivities forPride in South Tyneside, as the district hosted the first ever event of its kind.
Warm sunshine bathed the tens of thousands of revellers who packed out Bents Park for the main event, an afternoon concert featuring the likes of disco legends Sister Sledge, Five Star's Denise Pearson and local acts Shelley Stevens, Channy and the Bobby Dazzlers. With some very fine weather by the coast, many of those who went to the park for the concert then headed out for drinks and the place to be in the town centre was definitely Arbeia for its Panache night, which raised money for Stonewall and Out North East.

Hosted by Jade and North East drag legend Ophelia B, Panache featured star turns from Drag Race UK queens Jonbers Blonde and Kate Butch, but the early highlight was most definitely Jade joining fans as Angel of My Dreams blasted out around the bar. The second Ophelia pressed play on Jade's first ever solo top 10 smash, Jade was out of her seat and on the dancefloor, as the fans who were there early doors quickly whipped out their phones to capture the moment.
The night was rounded off by a set from DJ Theo, the man who had the job of opening up for Girls Aloud on their recent sold out arena a tour and guests at the Shields event included Jade's mam Norma and the mayor and mayoress of South Tyneside.
