Bellway North East is set to unveil two brand new show homes at its Summerhill View development in Ryton. The Newcastle-based housebuilder will be opening the first completed houses at the development to show prospective buyers on March 4 2023.
Visitors will be able to take a tour of the four-bedroom Bowyer and three-bedroom Peony house types, which have been decorated and furnished by expert interior designers.
Bellway is building 180 homes at the site off Cushy Cow Lane – where construction began last autumn – comprising 150 properties for private sale, 10 homes for sale at a discount to market value and 20 affordable houses for rent.
Emma Chesterton, sales director at Bellway North East, said: “We are looking forward to unveiling these two show homes at Summerhill View, following our successful launch last year, and showing potential buyers the high-quality finish and thoughtfully planned living space they can expect in a new Bellway home.
“Both properties have been created to adapt to and suit the needs of a variety of different buyers and are especially perfect for growing families or those looking to upsize – which is why we anticipate a wide range of buyers attending the launch event.
“This development is in a beautiful rural location, whilst simultaneously allowing for a commuter lifestyle where necessary, as it is less than a 20-minute drive to Newcastle city centre.”
Both the three-bedroom Peony and the four-bedroom Bowyer have an open-plan kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden, and a separate living room, as well as an en suite master bedroom.
The Bowyer is also equipped with a utility room as well as the fourth bedroom, while the Peony has an integral garage with internal access from the hallway.
Emma added: “Summerhill View forms part of a significant new neighbourhood in Ryton, with Ashberry Homes – which is part of the Bellway Group – delivering a further 101 homes at its neighbouring Stargate Meadows development.
“Covering a landmark site which was identified for new housing by Gateshead Council, the two developments are providing much-needed new homes for the local area, in a prime location for those working in Newcastle or Gateshead.”
The first phase of homes released for sale at Summerhill View includes two, three and four-bedroom houses, with a choice of each currently available to reserve.
The two-bedroom Potter is available for eligible buyers at a discount to market value from £167,995, while prices for three and four-bedroom houses start from £209,995 and £324,995.
House hunters are also able to take advantage of Bellway’s Mortgage Contribution Scheme when they reserve a property at Summerhill View – allowing buyers to save up to £12,000 on selected plots until the end of March.
The mortgage contribution scheme is available across all Bellway North East’s developments. For more information, visit Bellway's website or call the sales team on 0191 448 9793.
